Requisition Template Copied From Blanket Gives UOM Error at Add To Cart From Shopping List (Doc ID 1549527.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a catalog requisition after patch 15872639:R12.PO.B was applied, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a requisition template (Req Template), adding 2 items - adding one item each from two different Purchase orders or Blanket Agreements.
2. Login to iProcurement
3. Click on Shopping Lists and select the name of the req template from the LOV.
4. The two items added to the requisition template are displayed.
5. 'Add to Cart' and receive the error.
