The Journal Line Type (JLT) Form is Populating from Journal Line Definition (JLD) - JLT Assignments is Misleading The Setup

Symptoms
If the same name is used different Journal Line Types (JLTs) for different event classes, the assignments is querying all the JLTs with that name without restricting on the particular event class.
This can be reproduced in any subledger, NOT only in FAH.
For Example: Consider the AP JLT - RELIEVE_PROJ_ENC
Search the JLD - AP_PREPAY_BURDEN_ENC_ALL Select the JLT - "Relieve Project Encumbrance" from the Assignments In the JLT form it gives all the JLTs (with same name "Relieve Project Encumbrance") related to different event classes "Burden for Invoices", "Burden for Prepayment Applications" and "Burden for Prepayments"
