Symptoms
When attempting to create or update orders for 'Argentina' Org,
the following error occurs.
APP-JL-62452: Please enter a value in the Fiscal Classification Code field.
Having set default value for:
Application Regional Localizations -> JG_OE_ORDER_LINES -> JL.AR.OEXOEORD.LINES (Argentine Order Line Information)
->FISCAL_CLASSIFICATION_CODE to :LINE_GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE7
but default value not be defaulted in Sales Order Line -> Fiscal Classification Code field
