Incorrect Dependent Coverage End Date When To Date On Contact Is Last Day Of Month (Doc ID 1549933.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits

When Processing the Divorce Life Event with an Occurred Date of last day of the month and a contact to date of the last day of the month, the dependent coverage end date is incorrect.

The dependent coverage end date will be the end of the month.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query Employee in the Benefits Service Center Form
2. Date Track to 31-JUL-YYYY
3. Select Person Form and change the Marital Status from Married to Divorced as an update
4. Click the others button and select Contact
5. Select the Spouse Record and Enter a To Date of 31-JUL-YYYY and an end reason of Divorce
6. Date track to DD-AUG-YYY and Process the Divorce Life Event
7. Select Dependent Designation and see that the dependent has an incorrect end date of 31-AUG-YYYY. Coverage end date code for this life event is End of Month. Therefore the coverage end date for the spouse should be 31-JUl-YYYY.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have coverage for when they are no longer eligible and cobra coverage is not starting correctly.
