Observed:
When attempting to receipt the balance on a Purchase Order, the quantity field displays '0'

Expected:
When attempting to receipt the balance on a Purchase Order, the quantity field displays the outstanding balance to be receipted

Steps
1. Navigate to Receiving form
2. Enter search criteria and click Find
3. The Quantity field shows '0' when outstanding balance is expected
