Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Manager,HR Views,Emp Directory

When attempting to view Employment Verification details from the email notification, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to Application.
2. Navigate to 'Employee Self-Service' -> 'Employment Verification'
3. Select 'Employment Information' from the Details to Share region.
4. Enter Recipient Information
  To:
  Expires in: 5
  Visits: 5
5. Click Continue button.
6. Click Submit button.
7. This will show 'Do you want to release information to ', Click 'Yes' button.
8. Shows Confirmation message: An e-mail containing access information has been sent to .
9. Recipient receives a email notification, with Please 'click here' to view details.
10. Click the link 'click here' in the email, shows error message: 'You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.'

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. System Profile 'HR: Verification External Node' is set correctly at the site level. The https: URL specified in the profile at the Site level can be accessed from outside the firewall without any issue.
2. Employee Self-Service information can be accessed from outside the firewall in this instance.
