Debit Memo Reversal Does Not Save - APP-AR-11526 in Debug Log (Doc ID 1550469.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Receipts Related

When users try to reverse a receipt with a Debit Memo, the system will not save. If users try to exit, the system asks if they want to save, but clicking on Yes button does not save

This issue is happening to all the receipts on a specific operating unit

This is working fine for other operating units

FND Debug log in this case only shows the following:

APP-AR-11526: &GENERIC_TEXT (GENERIC_MESSAGE=ORA-0000: normal, successful completion)
debit_memo_reversal: EXCEPTION: arp_reverse_receipt.debit_memo_reversal
Exception in arp_process_receipts.update_cash_receipts
