Debit Memo Reversal Does Not Save - APP-AR-11526 in Debug Log (Doc ID 1550469.1)

Symptoms


When trying to reverse a receipt with a Debit Memo, the system will not save. If users try to exit, the system asks if they want to save, but clicking on 'Yes' button does not save

This issue is happening for all the receipts on a specific operating unit

This is working fine for other operating units
