Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Modifiers Setup only
FORM:QPXPRMLS.FMB - Modifier Details
When attempting to open the modifiers setup form
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: Invalid ID
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item MODIFIERS_PROMPT.PRINT_ON_INVOICE_FLAG
NOTES

Upgrading from 11i to 12.1.3 of Oracle Applications.
A custom folder is in place.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Modifier > Modifier Setup
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open the modifiers setup form.
Changes
 Development implemented enhancement request <Bug 11828647>: ER: SUPPRESS THE PRINT ON INVOICE FLAG FROM THE MODIFIER UI. in R12.1 .
Print On Invoice Flag will no longer be available on the Modifier Form.
