When calling the Service Request Extensible Attributes page from the Service Request form, the page header has all the labels without values (SR information).
Expect the Service Request Extensible Attributes page header to display the correct values (SR information)
1. In the Service Request form, query an SR that has extensible attributes defined.
2. From Menu > Tools 2 call the Extensible Attributes page
=> The page is displayed but the header is empty.
