Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module
Attempting to create the Customer Contact and receive the following error:
ERROR: Value for cust_account_id - party_id - role_type must be unique.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query any Customer
Go To: Customer Account > Create Account Contact
