Symptoms
WICMLP - WIP Mass Load is not processing records from WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE.
The records stay in the interface table with process_status of 2.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
WIP Jobs to be created
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert rows in the WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE
2. WIP:Discrete: Run Import
3. One job is actually created but the Remaining jobs remain in PROCESS_STATUS = Running
