How To Recreate CSR.CSR_RULES_B And Associated Tables For Migration? (Doc ID 1551628.1)

Goal

Doing a migration from HPUX to Linux using transportable tablespaces.

During the process, encountered these type for errors.
Please fix the following errors before continuing:

ORA-39928: TABLE CSR.CSR_RULES_B in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA contains evolved
type data that have not been upgraded.
ORA-39928: TABLE APPS.spPlanScope283_TAB in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA contains
evolved type data that have not been upgraded.
ORA-39928: TABLE APPS.spMaxPlanOptions284_TAB in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA
contains evolved type data that have not been upgraded.
ORA-39928: TABLE APPS.spMaxCalcTime285_TAB in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA


How to recreate the objects then this issue goes away as it is related to the way the xml type is stored in 11g vs 10g?
