Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management
In Depot Repair - Repair order -Service request block, the user is not able to select an instance or serial number that is internally owned
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Depot repair super user -Create a repair order - Service request block
2. Try to select or enter serial number or instance for an item that is internally owned. Unable to find serial number.
