Symptoms
After an upgrade from 11i to R12, when trying to enter an Invoice line item in Transaction Workbench the following error is raised:
Error - FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00936
Debug log shows:
OTHERS: default_contingencies
ORA-00936: missing expression
(2) OTHERS: line_collectibility
Your installation is not setup to use Revenue Contingencies. The system default contingencies are disabled. There are no personalizations.
