Symptoms
After upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 we get error when opening customer standard form from Telesales manager responsibility.
Steps To Reproduce

From Telesales Manager Responsibility > eBusiness Center > Account tab (left null) > Customer Standard radio button (left Null)
Error: Please make sure you have passed all events and parameters required for the component.
HzPuiCustAccountID, HzPuiAccountNumber, click NO or YES
