Symptoms

Creating accounting receiving concurrent program having performance issue.

Replication Steps:
1. Engage the Receipt Accrual Period End Process for month end.
2. This creates many transactions for month end reconciliation.
3. Next, engage Create Accounting - Receiving

Find its taking close to 19 hours to complete.  The focus here is on the Create Accounting - Receiving - Create Accounting in general as well.
