Symptoms
12.1.3, Service Request Form
When attempting to create a Service Request with a Serial Number the Serial Number does not get saved.
The following error occurs in the Form
Error
Invalid Source Objects details provided Cause:Source object type code, source object id and name should be provided"
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Service Request with a Serial Number
2. Save
3. Re-query the SR - the Serial Number is not there.
