Order ManagementOn-hand Availability>Item Supply/Demand
Choose the DAL Org and query item #1058172.. You will see a reservation on the item for sales order #1258226 which was entered after so# 1252684. Both sales orders had a Request date inside of lead-time.

2) Can you reproduce issue?
yes in all instances. Prod, Dev, Test
