On 12.1.3 version in Compensation Workbench:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In BEN_MANAGE_CWB_LIFE_EVENTS.check_slaves_status, the c_slaves cursor is called without any wait causing millions of executions in a small amount of time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run participation process or execute BEN_MANAGE_CWB_LIFE_EVENTS.check_slaves_status.
