Goal

After upgrade to Release 12.1.3, users are unable to update/modify the "Description" field on the 'Requisition Information: Edit Lines' page.

After selecting a line and click update, the Description field is greyed out and does not allow update.

What needs to be done to have the description field enable when users access edit lines?
