Symptoms
1. Suppliers, Entry.
2. Query on an existing Supplier.
3. Navigate to Address Book.
4. Edit Address by choosing the "update" pencil.
5. Edit anything on the screen.
6. Click Apply
You'll receive a confirmation message the details have been modified.
But the "oracle.apps.ap.supplier.event" is not raised.
Any update through "Address book" > "Update" do not raise the oracle.apps.ap.supplier.event.
Any update through "Address Book" > "Manage Sites" does raise the oracle.apps.ap.supplier.event.
