Symptoms
Attempting to create a scoring engine, with numerous scoring components (For Example: 7 components).
Each scoring component has numerous scoring ranges (For Example: 10 or more).
When the Scoring Engine is run the following error occurs:

PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Using bridge 14904 one for each scoring engine
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Administrator
Navigation: Submit Request
1. Submit the IEX: Scoring Engine Harness created with 7 or more components, and multiple scoring ranges.
