Last updated on JUNE 30, 2023

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

You have  sizable number of dropship orders and they want to maintain the PO numbers in Oracle as it is in legacy.
Hence, we need to import SOs and POs and build link to arrive at drop shipment setup.

You has a large number of dropship orders in their legacy system and looks at migrating all these orders into Oracle system.
You are proposing to migrating drop ship purchase orders and sales orders seperately and build drop ship link between them.
To test the scenario, you migrated a sales order and purchase order and inserted data into the link table 'OE_DROP_SHIP_SOURCES'.
After inserting data into the link table, you are able to see dropship details populated in 'Additional line Information' section on the sales order line
however the 'Supply to Order' (Actions-->supply to order) form does not show the supply (PO) details.
Further, the purchase order shipments does not show the drop ship tab and the drop ship information is missing on the PO.

Is there are any other tables (for drop shipments) you need to populate to achieve the above said requirement.
