Elemental Visibility Enabled Not Honored On Shipping Network (Doc ID 1554409.1)

Goal

When Elemental visibility enabled is unchecked, expected to see a Roll up of Material Overhead, Overhead, Resource into Material cost of receiving Org in "Inter-Org" Transfer but the behavior is same as if "Elemental visibility enabled" box is checked on Shipping Network on Main tab.
