Symptoms
When attempting to run "Retropay (Enhanced)" or "Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF", the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login as HRMS Manager responsibility.
- Submit "Retropay (Enhanced)" or "Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF".
(N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
- Request fails with the error.
OR
When attempting to run Retropay (Enhanced), the following error occurs.

2. Run Retropay enhanced for a set with a large number of employees.
3. Check the process log.

Quick Retropay (Enhanced) completes with error.
