Employees Passing Online Test With 0% Score (Doc ID 1554753.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP4 version, Learning Assessment


The learner is getting 'completed' status even though he/she did not actually submit the test.

Learner has a scored test, while launching the course, the learner is getting a blank page. 

After few minutes learner closed the player by clicking browser exit. And then learner logged into applications again, the test status was updated as completed. The score was 0%. i.e, the learner able to complete course with score 0%.


Expecting a 'Not Attempted' status for the above scenario.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

This is how the learner accesses the TEST:

1. Log into Employee Direct access page-- Self Service page-
2. Then there is a link that the learner clicks on, (basically it is a sub menu) -
3. This brings the learner self-service home page.
4. Learner located the test, then clicks on the player- button.
