Unable to See Interaction Notes Under Type "Interactions" in the Collections Agent User Interface

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Notes entered under Interactions can be displayed under Collections Workbench History tab when the type selected is 'All'.
However, when the type selected is 'Interaction,' the notes are not displayed.
