FNDRSRUN ‘Saved Schedule’ Time Changes Between Request Runs (Doc ID 1555169.1)

Symptoms

On: 12.1.3 version, Request Submission/Scheduling

Actual Behavior
FNDRSRUN ‘Saved Schedule’ Time Changes between request runs.
Set up a Saved Schedule using Option on specific days for specific time 10am (The time is important for the customer) on each of the days
The Time on the saved schedule will change , if an unscheduled report is run in the interim.
The time on the saved schedule changes to the start time of the last run unscheduled report .

Expected Behavior
‘Saved Schedule’ Time should not be Changed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a saved schedule on specific days for specific time 10am
2.Save Schedule
3.Run a report , unscheduled….say start time of running is 11.am
4. Run a scheduled report , using the saved scheduled in step 1 above
5. Observe the ‘Start at time’ has changed from 10am to 11am on the saved schedule.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, scheduled reports are loosing the ‘Saved Schedule’ Time.
