Some Dropship purchase order (PO) Receipts fail with the following error:

ERROR
error RVTII-060 "FAILS IN OE_DROP_SHIPMENT"

STEPS
1. Navigate to Receiving > Receipts
2. Attempt to receive.
3. Receive error.
