Service Request: Error Saving a Task: "An Address is mandatory for a Field Service Task" (Doc ID 1555266.1)

Symptoms

When the cs_servicerequest_pub.Create_ServiceRequest API is used to create a Service Request, the Service Request gets created, but when trying to save a Task, there is an error.

When a SR is created manually for the same customer, an error does not occur.

Error:

Error:
   This Field Service Task cannot be saved
Cause:
   There is no address for the Task. An Address is mandatory for a Field Service Task
Action:
   Please select an Address before saving the Task

Steps:

1.  Create an SR via an API.
2.  Navigate to the SR in forms to update with a new Task:
(R) Service
(N) Find Service Request

 - Enter SR Customer and Contact information.
 - Enter Bill To and Ship To Addresses
 - Tasks tab: Create a Field Service Task (i.e. Dispatch rule associated).
3.  Error appears.
