Using jtf_territory_pub.Create_TerrResource and passing ATTRIBUTE1 (Doc ID 1555342.1)

Goal

Using this API jtf_territory_pub.Create_TerrResource to attach a resource to a territory.   When passing attribute1 ( the sales credit percent or split percentage ),   the resource is added to the territory,  but the Split Percentage is not shown on the screen
The APi is Populating attribut1 with the correct value in table jtf_terr_rsc_all.
