Strategy Remains On Hold After a Broken Promise (Doc ID 1555632.1)

Symptoms

Bill to level strategies are not coming off Hold, when promise is broken.  And when a new strategy is assigned, it is assigned with an On Hold status, even though the promise to pay is broken.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collection Agent
Navigation
: Transactions Tab

  1. Enter a promise to pay for the entire amount of the customers past due items.  The strategy will go on hold.
  2. Wait for the promise to be broken.
  3. The strategy remains on hold.
