Symptoms

When opening a user defined mapping set or adding values in an existing mapping set, the following error is seen

APP-XLA-95103 : An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator
or support representative.
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_lookups_pkg.get_meaning.
ORA-01403: no data found.
