ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Close Discrete Jobs concurrent program takes many hours to complete as it is affected by a severe performance issue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to complete in seconds or minutes.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Work in Process responsibility
2. Navigate to WIP > Discrete > Close Discrete Jobs > Close Discrete Jobs (SRS)
3. Submit the program and wait to complete.
