Retropay Status Form Error: 'You are not allowed to change the status to Deferred' (Doc ID 1556900.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change the status of an assignment on the Retropay Status form, the following error occurs.

ERROR

You are not allowed to change the status to Deferred.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate: View > Retropay Status
2. Select a record that has the status: Included - Awaiting processing.
3. Change the status to Deferred.
