On : 12.1.3 version, FORMS User Interface
Adding new quote lines to existing quote in Quoting forms, receive error:

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Oracle Quoting forms
- Navigation: Quotes
- Update an existing quote or add new lines to existing quote receive FRM-40735 error
OR
Adding new quote lines to new (created) quote in Quoting forms, receive error:
Error
ORA-01403: no data found
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Oracle Quoting forms
- Navigation: Quotes
- Create new quote and add new quote lines receive ORA-1403 error
