Cannot Split Return Order Line (Doc ID 1557020.1)

We need to split return order lines before they are received. But we can not because Split Line inline form (OEXOETEL) do not allow us enter negative quantities.

We know that splitting return lines were not allowed in 11.5.10 version but we are on 12.1.3 and we need to be able to split return lines.

How can we manually split a return line before it is received?
