Asset Search Issue After EAM Asset Move Fails

Symptoms
It was found that after a failing inter-org transfer for a rebuildable asset, the asset may no longer be searched in the source organization.
Problems here is as follows:
1. First, user is allowed to perform the inter-org transfer and receives confirmation that transfer was successfully processed.
2. When user to being brought back to Rebuildable Inventory page and attempts to query again the asset, he gets an exception error.
3. However, if user is clicking again on Rebuildable Inventory page before search, there is no problem.
