FS Administrator And Technician Portal - Mapped Problem and Resolution Codes Are Incorrect

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup Issues
Problem and Resolution codes mapped for items are incorrect when open in Field Service Administrator and Technician Portal's LOV
In Service Request form, the LOV is correct.
Expect the Problem and Resolution codes LOV in FSTP and FSAP to behave the same as in Service Request form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mapping Problem and Resolution Code as per implementation guide
2. Create Service Request in forms.
3. Open same Service Request through Field Service Administrator Portal > Field Service Administrator Dashboard > Select update SR and (+) Show Service Request > Select LOV for Problem and Resolution does not match what was created in form
