FS Administrator And Technician Portal - Mapped Problem and Resolution Codes Are Incorrect (Doc ID 1557163.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Problem and Resolution codes mapped for items are incorrect when open in Field Service Administrator and Technician Portal's LOV
In Service Request form, the LOV is correct.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Problem and Resolution codes LOV in FSTP and FSAP to behave the same as in Service Request form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mapping Problem and Resolution Code as per implementation guide
2. Create Service Request in forms.
3. Open same Service Request through Field Service Administrator Portal > Field Service Administrator Dashboard > Select update SR and (+) Show Service Request > Select LOV for Problem and Resolution does not match what was created in form

Same Results when using: Field Service Technician Portal > Field Service Technician Dashboard
