On : 12.1.3 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the Service Requests (CSXSRISR) form, when using the function 'Send Message' to send a message to a
resource Group, the email notification is not sent to the group members.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all group members to receive email notifications
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Service Request.
2. Go to Tools>Send Message.
3. Select a Resource Group for the 'To' field.
4. Check Notifications for members of the resource group using 'Workflow
User Web' responsibility
5. Notifications are not sent to the FND users that belong to the resource
group
