On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Standard Benefits

For some employees,  Benefits Enrollment Rates are not updated when "Recalculate Participant Values" is run.


Steps to Reproduce

1. There is a benefits plan with the rates changing on July 1, 2013. The rate configuration has been updated with the new rate values with the effective date of July 1, 2013.

2. The concurrent process "Recalculate Participant Values" is run to update the enrollment rates for some of the employees.
