Error creating and deleting tasks but not updating: You do not have authorization to view task .

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 12.1.3 version, and several Framework UI modules that use the Task update page , as marketing, IMC, Sales ...etc.
The task creator cannot update the task, and got an error, although we can create or delete it.
The issue is for all users.
The following error occurs when updating the Task :
"Error: You do not have authorization to view task XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (TaskID) data."
The issue is for all users. and for another module IMC.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- profile "Task Manager : Set Context Data Security" set to Full Access.
- Customer Online resp.
- Go to a marketing campaign
- Tab collaboration, create new task
- Then, try to update and get the error
