R12:CE: Stale Data Error When Attempting To Create Bank Account (Doc ID 1558048.1)

Goal

When attempting to hit 'Save and Next' after entering the Account Controls information when creating new bank account , encounter the following error message:

Error
Unable to Perform Transaction on the Record
Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.
Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.
