Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 12.1.3 version of the Instance, In the FYI Notification.
In the FYI notification that is received, Action History does not display the "Request More Information" Keyed in.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using "Employee Self Service" responsibility.
2. Navigate to an Extra Information Function.
3. Now enter a data and submit the same.
4. Line manager gets the FYI Notification.
5. Now the line manager, "Request for More Information" and submits it back to Originator.
6. Now Originator replies for the requested information and the submits back the same.
7. Now again login as Line Manager and open up the notification, "Request More Informaiton" Information requested and its response are not displayed.
