Status Of Intercompany Batch(AGIS) Remains In 'Submitted' When Few Transactions In The Batch Are In 'Received' Status And Few Transactions Are In 'Complete' Status

On : 12.1.3 version, AGIS General Ledger
User has an intercompany batch, where a few transactions of the batch are in received status and a few transactions inf the batch are in Complete status.
User cannot delete the received transactions from the batch .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Intercompany super user
2. Navigate to Transactions-Transactions
3. Create intercompany transaction
