Symptoms

On Configurator Build 12.1.3.31.6, when trying to book order or copy orders containing ATO model items the following error message is seen:

TIMESTAT: 01-JAN-00 12:00:00: 123456789.12  : AFTER CZ_BATCH_VALIDATE.Validate
DO NOT PROCESS RESULTS , ERROR
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.ADD
AFTER CALLING SEND_INPUT_XML: E
ECXEPTION IN CONFIGURATOR_VALIDATIONUser-Defined Exception


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Create a new order
3. Enter an ATO model item in lines
4. Book the order 
5. Exception is seen
6. Issue happens for all Configurable Items



Changes

 Another Business Unit (BU) setup a Load Balancer (LBR) in the same instance.
