R12: Configuration Validation Resulted In Error(s)

On Configurator Build 18.104.22.168.6, when trying to book order or copy orders containing ATO model items the following error message is seen:
AFTER CALL TO SPC , STATUS : 4
TIMESTAT: 08-MAY-13 18:11:11: 7281282.71 : AFTER CZ_BATCH_VALIDATE.Validate
DO NOT PROCESS RESULTS , ERROR
AFTER CALLING SEND_INPUT_XML: E
ECXEPTION IN CONFIGURATOR_VALIDATIONUser-Defined Exception
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Create a new order
3. Enter an ATO model item in lines
4. Book the order
5. Exception is seen
6. Issue happens for all Configurable Items
Another Business Unit (BU) setup a Load Balancer (LBR) in the same instance.
