Invoice Workbench Changing GL Date For Accounted Invoice, Liability Account Dissapears (Doc ID 1559064.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to modify the gl date on an accounted invoice, the following error occurs.

ERROR
This is a read only flexfield. You cannot change any values in the flexfield - but liability account is missing.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1/ modify GL date field on accounted invoice click on lines without saving header or click on the last record of the block and then hit the down arrow button.
2/ liability account get updated to NULL
