Symptoms

Upgrade from 11i AX to R12.1.2 and it is failing on xlaaxuar.sql

or

The script xlaaxuar.sql is running longer than expected. It ran only 1 hr in last iteration and taking more time.

The following error occurs, if the script does run successfully:
