Knowledge Management: Error "CreateSolutionAM.SolutionStatementsVO is required" (Doc ID 1559096.1)

Symptoms

Creating Solutions within Knowledge Base is producing an error.
When creating a Statement within Knowledge Base and trying to copy and paste a table into the Statement Detail, an error is displayed regarding margins and font issues.

Error:

1. Apply => and got the following message:

2. Skip => and got the following message:

3. Skip, Apply again => got the following message:

Attribute ElementTypeId in CreateSolutionAM.SolutionStatementsVO is required

Steps:

(R) Knowledge Base Administrator
(N) Authoring > Create Solution> Create Statement
