Symptoms

When attempting to Supplier Export All to Excel, the following error occurs.

ERROR

A problem has been encountered initializing the control for importing data as detailed below. The data import has been aborted.
SDH: VOData Not Found 1009
Number of valid rows
BNE_ROWCOUNT

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Supplier Management Administrator
2. Supplier Advanced Search
3. Search for the suppliers
4. Click Export All Button
5. Excel opens up ..however the error occurs

The following two patches are already applied and the same issue occurs:
1 Patch 16055294 :R12.POS.B - SUPPLIER UDA UPLOAD FROM EXCEL NOT UPDATING SUPPLIER
2 Patch 14044344:R12.EGO.C - This patch fixes issue of Blank Records being inserted for multi row AG when uploading via Excel if AG has default values.
